What To Expect:
Ditching Diets Boot Camp™ is nothing like what you’ve seen before. It’s challenging. It’s demanding. And most importantly it’s fun. Using supportive and motivational routines, our highly-trained expert certified personal trainers will lead you through an intense outdoor fitness program designed to put you in the best shape of your life.

  1. Orientation:
    • Strength test
    • Endurance test
    • Body assessment
    • Take your “Before” pictures
  2. This is a pre-boot camp orientation where we’ll answer any questions that you might have.

  3. Training
    • 1 hour (kettlebell, tire, sandbag, trx suspension, sprints, circuit, & interval training)
    • UNLIMITED Sessions
    • Online Community
    • Teamwork

    • Running shoes
    • Water Bottle
    • Exercise Mat
  4. Graduation

  1. Who is Ditching Diets Boot Camp geared for?
  2. Ditching Diets Boot Camp is for people who have a burning desire to sculpt a lean body avoid disease and eat tasty foods and who only want to work with the absolute best! The program is designed for all fitness levels.

  3. What items will I have to purchase?
  4. An exercise mat, (not a yoga mat), a good pair of running shoes, and bottle water.

  5. Do we still workout if it rains?
  6. No…call to see if class is canceled, & check Facebook.

  7. Do you have a refund policy?
  8. If after 1 week you don’t feel that this program is right for you, just let us know and we’ll issue a refund, no questions asked and no hard feelings. Not applicable to online deals.

  9. What is included in the cost of the boot camp?
    • Meal plan
    • Weekly food log review/feedback
    • Access to PRIVATE online community with tips & video training to keep you MOTIVATED
    • Celebrations and a Graduation celebration at the end of 12 months
  10. What happens if I GAIN weight?
  • Sign up for 12 FULL months and if at anytime after you graduate your 12 months, you EVER pack on the pounds and get out of shape, we will train you for FREE until you get back to your graduation shape!
